Joseph Olufemi Alale obtained B.SC (Economics) from University of Ilorin and MBA degree from Bayero University, Kano.

He is:

• A Fellow  of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria – FCA ;
• An Associate member of Chartered Institute of Taxation – ACIT;
• An Associate of Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers – ACIS;
• An Associate of the Association of  Certified Fraud Examiner – ACFE

He gained experience with Akintola Williams Deloitte from 1993 to 2000 before joining the financial sector of the economy spanning stock broking and  the banking sector. He was the deputy to the Head of Credit Risk Culture and Training, and later an assistant to the Head of Compliance department in Intercontinental bank PLC, from where he left to set up his private practice.
