Mrs Ige, a fellow of both the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria, FCIB and Association of Enterprise Risk Management Professionals AERMP is a competent strategist capable of developing innovative plans and activities designed to facilitate competitive growth and competitive superiority.  Possesses excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills; the ability to influence decisions and to develop positive relationships both internally and externally. She has about four decades of banking and finance related experience.

• She started her career with Union Bank of Nigeria in 1981 holding various strategic positions until she left in 1995.
• She also served as Head of operations, Head of research and corporate development at Consolidated Discount Limited between 1995- 2012

She has held various strategic positions in the industry as :

• Associate, Money Market Association of Nigeria Now FMDA

In addition she has an MBA from the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University OAU, Ile Ife and has attended several high level trainings in banking, finance, risk management, strategy development, human capital management amongst several others.

She is a top level consultant in strategy, risk management, debt recovery and finance. She is the Chief Executive Officer, Charitoo Ventures based in Lekki Lagos.

She is the President of the Association of Enterprise Risk Management Professionals, AERMP
