WINRISC Launches Inaugural Women Leading Forward Mentorship Programme (Pilot Cohort 2026)

Building the Next Generation of Women Leaders in Risk, Sustainability, Compliance and Controls

The Women in Risk, Sustainability, Compliance and Controls (WINRISC), an advocacy platform of the Association of Enterprise Risk Management Professionals (AERMP), is pleased to announce the launch of its inaugural Women Leading Forward Mentorship Programme (Pilot Cohort 2026)

The programme represents a significant milestone in WINRISC’s commitment to developing, connecting, empowering and elevating women professionals while strengthening the future leadership pipeline within the profession.

About the Programme

The WINRISC Women Leading Forward Mentorship Programme is a structured six-month development journey that will connect experienced leaders with emerging professionals through meaningful mentorship relationships.

Participants will benefit from:

  • Structured mentor-mentee engagement
  • Leadership and career development support
  • Professional networking opportunities
  • Knowledge sharing and practical insights
  • Community learning sessions
  • Long-term professional growth opportunities

The programme will run through four key phases:

  1. Foundation
  2. Development
  3. Application
  4. Conclusion

The inaugural cohort is scheduled to run from July to December 2026, culminating in a graduation ceremony and the launch of the WINRISC Mentorship Alumni Network.


Call for Mentors

WINRISC is inviting accomplished professionals to serve as mentors and help shape the next generation of women leaders.

Who Can Apply?

Applicants should possess:

  • A minimum of 10 years of professional experience
  • At least 5 years in leadership or specialist roles
  • Demonstrated leadership and people-development experience
  • A passion for mentoring and empowering women
  • Commitment to the six-month programme
